She is survived by : her husband James Smith of Julian; her children, Jimmy (Donna) of Julian, Jerry (Janie) of Alkol, Jackie (Tammy) of Alkol, Jeff of Nellis and Julie Wilburn (Timmy) of Julian; and her great grandchildren, Ru'Ann Smith, Allie Smith, Josie, Kayla, Jonarai Estep, Hannah Smith, Kristen Wilburn, Cody Smith, Gay, Samantha and Elijah Smith (Heather).
