He is survived by : his parents, David Adkins (Kim Martin) and Susan Johnson (Jody Johnson); his grandparents, Edgar Chambers (late Carole Chambers), Kelsey "Chippy" Adkins and Lillian "Lynn" Adkins; his children, Peyton Marie Maynard, Harley Jo Adkins, Davison Zane Adkins and Ivory Adkins; and his siblings, Brandon Ball (Ashley), Hillarie Craddock (Travis), Evan Adkins and Kelsie Sanney (Scotty). He is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
