He is survived by : his brother Randy Lee Powell of Madison; his nieces and nephews, Shannon Cook of Powell Creek, Angela, Jeff Reed of Pikeville, KY, Heather Powell of Virginia, Scotty Powell, Becky Powell of Madison, Teresa, Raymond Thompson of Wharton, Danny, Jennifer Powell of Danville, Don, Amanda Powell of Wharton, Brittany Powell of Madison, Breanna Powell of Madison and Jayden; and his close friend Estill Webb. He is also survived by many great nieces, nephews and cousins.
