She was predeceased by : her father Tom Chafin; her grandparents, Prentice and Lena Perry; and her mother-in-law Jackie Tomblin. She is survived by : her mother Polly Bell; her husband James Tomblin; her children, Helena Smith (James), Michael Craddock, Cameron Cook, Tyler Tomblin and Jacob Tomblin; her siblings, Carlina Albright (Scotty) and Elbert Hunter; her grandchildren, Annalena Smith and Willow Smith; her sisters, Vicki Tomblin, Patti Elam (Donnie) and Lori Marcum (Mark); and her father-in-law James Tomblin (Darlene Keesee).
