She was predeceased by : her parents, Thomas Holley and Tennis Taylor (Holley); her husband Bill Pettry; her sons, Thomas Cantley and William Pettry; her siblings, Tommie Bumgardner and James Holley; and her son-in-law Scotty Ferrell.

She is survived by : her children, Sheila Sivori (Brian) of Alum Creek, WV, Lynn Byus (Mark) of Matewan, WV and Pam Dohm (Tim) of Cross Lanes, WV; and her grandchildren, Justin Cantley (Tish) of Zanesville, OH, Jessica Ihinger of Sacramento, CA, Holly Sivori of Dunbar, WV, Chelsea Sivori of Dunbar, WV, Kris Byus (Stacy) of Denver, NC, Keri Browning of Logan, WV, Cecily Cooper of Danville, WV, Zack Dohm (Veronica) of Dunbar, WV and Nick Dohm of Cross Lanes, WV. She is also survived by 16 Great Grandchildren; many nieces, nephews and their children.
