It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Tony Lee Arthur (Danville, West Virginia), who passed away on May 16, 2020, at the age of 41, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his parents, Roger Arthur and Martha Clark Arthur; his siblings, Roger Dale Arthur Jr. and Lisa Marie Arthur; and his siblings' children, Grace Ann Davis, Julie Rose Davis and Brian Joseph Arthur-Pauley.
