She is survived by: her mother Carol Jean Bungard Wine of Parkersburg; her husband Thomas Michael "Mike" Rhyne Sr. of Davisville; her children, Thomas Michael Rhyne Jr. (Trish) of Lancaster, OH and William Lee Rhyne (Brittany) of Davisville, WV.; her grandchildren, Christian Lee Rhyne, Baelyn Renae Rhyne, Sean Craig Smith and Breanna Nichole Maffin; and her siblings, Edward Anderson Wine (Angie) of Proctorville, OH., Nina Martin (Dan) of Pennsboro and Debbie Riggs (Robert) of Pennsboro.
