She was predeceased by: her husband A. C. Neil, Jr.; her parents, Josephine Moore Phillips and H. H. Phillips; her brothers, Charles and Donald Phillips; her great grandchild Alex Holcomb; and her grandson-in-law David Morgan.

She is survived by: her son David A. Neil (Paulette) of DuPont City; her grandchildren, Brett Denyer, Corinne Morgan, Eli Neil and Adam Holcomb; her great grandchildren, Aiden, Sonia Denyer, Conner and Adam Morgan; and her great great grandchild Kai Holcomb.

The family requests that contributions in lieu of flowers be sent to Hubbard Hospice House c/o HospiceCare, 1606 Kanawha Boulevard, West, Charleston, WV 25387.
