She was predeceased by : her parents, Paul Stevers and Hazel Alma Poling Stevers; her sister Dorothea; and her brother-in-law Donald Mercer. She is survived by : her daughters, Amy Riddle (Jimmy) of Hurricane and Andrea Custer (Stephanie) of Deltona, FL; her husband Charles Foster; her daughters, Susan Foster-Garner (Todd) and Anita Foster Smith of Cross Lanes; her nieces, Cherry Thornburg (Todd) of Ohio, Darcie DeBerry (Dave) of Ohio and Alicia Smith (Jeff) of Florida; her caregiver Delores Day; and also, Ellie, Eli, Aly "Doodle", Abby, Breanna, Logan, Ethan, Addison, Griffin, Grayson and Weston.
