Parsons Jr.; his stepchildren, Jamie Adkins of Huntington, WV and Joe Adkins of Seattle, Washington; his sisters, Kimberly Parsons Taylor of Milton, WV and Katherine Parsons Marsh of Huntington, WV; and his grandchildren, Larissa, Eddie 3rd, Mallory, Alexandria, David Jr., Brittany, Katherine, Connor, Emma, Brayden, Brody, Dillan and Adriana. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews, and cousins.
