She is survived by: her husband Jay Stover; her children, Jay Stover Jr. of Winfield, Scott Stover (Gwen) of St. Albans and Tonya Foster (Robert) of Charleston; her siblings, Vonda Holley (Bill) of Cross Lanes and Ron Heater (Beth) of Nitro; and her grandsons, Justin and Zackary Moore of Charleston.
