He is survived by: his wife Karen Foster of Dunbar; and his sons, Toby Foster (Tiffany) of Lakeland, FL and Dustin Milam (Samantha) of Ashland, KY. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces and nephews.
