He was predeceased by: his parents, Graci May (Stevens) and Earl Jay Moore; his siblings, Boyd W., Charles T., Raymond Ray, Mary Francis and Hansel Grey; his son Michael Ray Moore; and his wife Mary Kathleen Hunt Moore.
He is survived by: his sisters, Rachel M. Ward and Margret E. Manning; his son Roger; his daughter-in-law Marsha; his grandchildren, Kelly Bushway and Brian Moore; and his great grandchild Mackenzie Bushway.
