He is survived by: his wife Nellie Rose Arbogast; his sons, Joey Shannon and Douglas Wayne (Stacy); his grandchildren, KimShea Galford, Amanda Ryder (Jake) and Megan Rexrode (Coty); his stepgrandchildren, Jarrett Gum (Jessalyn), Daniel Gum (Kristen) and Miranda Gum; his great grandchildren, Shayln, Curtis, Darren, Warren and Marcellynn; Eric, Aleah and Elias.
