He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, Raymond Cook and Alice Cook; his wife Karen "Kay" Cook; his children, Samantha, Seth and Drew Cook; his grandchildren, Ella, Ryan and Rayleigh Cook; his siblings, Elizabeth Allen, Joseph "JB" Cook and Lynda; and his brother-in-law Scott Maynard.
