With heavy hearts, we announce the death of James Alford of Eleanor, West Virginia, who passed away on June 27, 2021 at the age of 94. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his wife Laura Mae Harris Alford; his parents, Joseph Cephas Alford and Elcie Lee Dalton Alford; his brother Leroy Alford (Sis); and his nephew Fred Alford.

He is survived by : his nieces, Margaret "Margie" Alford Mitchell (Okey) of Hurricane and Pam Alford of Hurricane; and his stepchildren, Linda Martin of Buffalo and Roger Harris of St. Albans.
