It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of William Cottrell (Elizabeth, West Virginia), born in Spencer, West Virginia, who passed away on December 4, 2018, at the age of 46, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parent Lewis Edward Cottrell. He is survived by : his parent Betty J. Cottrell of Palestine; and his siblings, Keith Cottrell of Elizabeth, Jerry Cottrell of Ellenboro, Judith Wise of Spencer and April Cottrell of Mineral Wells. He is also survived by nine nieces and five nephews.
