She was predeceased by: her parents, Marner Smith and Wanda Louise Huffman Smith; and her husband Hobert Franklin Koontz. She is survived by: her son Kevin Koontz (Katie) of Elkins; her siblings, Darlene Ann Roy (Danny) of Elkins, Eugene Leon Huffman (Marie) of Elkins, David Wayne Smith (Linda) of Stow and Michael William Smith (Linda) of Perry; and her grandchildren, Landon, Collin and Brody Koontz. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews and a host of close friends.
