With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Anna M. Duggan (Elkins, West Virginia), who passed away on November 17, 2018 at the age of 80. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parent Hugh M. Nestor; and her brother Grant "Shorty" Nestor. She is survived by: her spouse Harry L. Duggan, Jr.; her parent Eva Harris Nestor; her sons, Bradley T. Duggan (Jane), Aiken and Jeffrey B. Duggan (Darlene); and her sisters, Dama Nestor of Elkins, WV and Julia Riggleman. She is also survived by three grandchildren and six great grandchildren.
