He is survived by: his wife Willa Fern "Pat" Shoulders; his sons, Matthew Arnold Hamrick, Elkins and Douglas Kirk Hamrick (Christa Holthouser) of Louisville, KY; his sister Evelyn Shreve of Bridgeport; his grandchildren, Lee Anthony Wade, Sammi Marie Hamrick, Noelle Alexsis Hamrick and McKenna Breeann Hamrick; and his great grandchildren, Cheyenne and Mason Wade.
