She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Kyle and Claircia R. Snyder Kyle; and her brother Roy C. "Jim" Kyle. She is survived by: her husband Harold "Wade" Cunningham; her sons, Randall W. Cunningham (Brenda) of Elkins and Wayne A. Cunningham (Karen) of Elkins; her grandchild Ashley J. Cunningham; her brother William "Bill" Kyle (Nancy) of Huttonsville, WV; and her nephew William Billy Kyle of Missouri.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Elkins Church of the Nazarene, P. O. Box 50, Elkins, WV 26241in memory of Betty Jo.
