She is survived by: her daughters, Kathryn Kelley Elliott of Huntington, WV and Patricia Kelley Simons (John) of Buckhannon, WV.; her grandchildren, Thomas L. Peno (Julie), Kathyrn Peno Velickoff (Michael), Heather Noelle Elliott and Amy Elisabeth Elliott; and her great grandchild David Osborne Peno.
