He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell Higgins, Sr. and Cecelia Edna Hoover Higgins; and his brother Nathan Higgins (Buck). He is survived by: his children, Rebecca Higgins Harman of Beverly and Matthew Higgins (Rebecca); his grandson Briar Higgins; his stepgranddaughters, Vanessa Halle (Shane) and Alicia Kaposy; his stepgreat-grandchildren, Parker, Alexis Halle, Ava Kaposy and Kayden Ray; his siblings, Mary Gale Higgins, Russell Jr., David and Preston (Patch); and his spouse Cecie Siler Higgins.
