He was predeceased by: his parents, Gilbert Lee and Alva Lona Archer Tacy. He is survived by: his wife Donnie Marston of Huttonsville; his children, Carl Tacy, Jr., Carla Tacy and Andrea Kelly Tacy; his grandsons, Peer, Nathan, Eli, Aiden and Liam; and his great grandchild Zachary.

In lieu of flowers, contributions to the First Baptist Church on Fifth, Church Renovation Fund, would be greatly appreciated.
