We are sad to announce that on February 27, 2021, at the age of 75, Carmen Handley of Elkins, West Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Juan M. Ruberte and Desideria Torres Ruberte; and her spouse Jerry W. Handley. She is survived by: her son Jerry Dwayne Handley of Morgantown; and her sisters, Zory of Puerto Rico, Zaida of Puerto Rico, Miriam of Puerto Rico and Ruth Ruberte of Puerto Rico.

Contributions may be made to Saint Brendan Church, 181 St. Brendan Drive, Elkins, WV 26241 in memory of Mrs. Handley.
