She is survived by: her spouse Jackie Eugene "Jack" Mallow; her sons, Patrick Mallow (Chrissy) of Elkins and Phil Dayton Butcher (Amy) of Beverly; her siblings, Kevin Miller (Dianna) of Myrtle Beach, SC, John Miller (Pam) of Elkins, James Michael Miller (Patty) of Elkins, Samuel "Sammy" Evans Miller of Elkins, Kim Dick (Dave) of Elkins and Patricia Bennett (Jeff) of East Dailey; her grandchild Morgan Butcher; her pet Cooper; her close friends, Bob and Charlene Baisi; and her friend Class.
