It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Clem Emory Stewart Jr. of Elkins, West Virginia, who passed away on August 15, 2023, at the age of 67, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Clem Stewart and Vada Stewart of Elkins, WV; his grandparents, Mary, Joseph Smith, Edna and Sampson Stewart; his aunt Juanita; and his uncle Owen Smith.
He is survived by: his wife Beverly Stewart (Allender); his sons, Clem Emory Stewart and Travis Shane Stewart (Jamerrill); his grandchildren, Zach, Robert, Maya, Reese, Lia, Quentin, Bryce, Brandon, Jadin (Meg), Zion, Naomi, Gabriel, Liam, Amelia, Daniel, Benjamin and Tobin; his great grandchild William; his siblings, Tom (Nancy Smith), Patty (Mitchell Haney) and Joseph Stewart; his nephews, Michael and Kevin; and his sisters, Linda (Ricky Kesner) and Barbara Stewart.
Clem's request for cremation was honored following his wishes to be able to donate organs, tissue, and corneas in order to help others. The family suggests that donations be made to the American Diabetes Association.
