He is survived by: his daughter Amelia; his father Mike; his brother Anthony; his mother Kim; his stepmother Velora Winn; his stepsister Lily Anderson; and his grandparents, Beni, Bob Armentrout, Jackie Wetzel, Jay and Claudia Winn.
In lieu of flowers, the Winn family asks that donations in Corey's name be made to the West Virginia Suicide Prevention Council in order to help others in their own time of darkness and loss.
