He was predeceased by: his parents, Dennis D. Hamrick and Pauline E. Simmons Hamrick. He is survived by: his wife Kathy M. Schoonover; his daughter Heidi Bray (C. J.); his father-in-law Ronald David "Buster" Schoonover; his uncles, Henry "Pete" Simmons and Raymond Hamrick; and his aunt Hazel Hamrick Roy of Elkins. He is also survived by several in-laws, nieces, nephews, and cousins, including double first cousins.
