It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Deborah Ann Phillips of Elkins, West Virginia, born in Akron, Ohio, who passed away on September 11, 2021, at the age of 60, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Lester Kendrick and Phyllis Gifford Kendrick. She is survived by: her husband Mark Phillips; her children, Melissa Love (Jerome) of Fredericksburg, VA, Joshua Russell (Joy) of Elkins and Daniel Russell of Fairmont, WV; her stepchildren, Jennifer Nicole Smith (Michael) of Elkins and Adam Michael Phillips of Elkins; and her siblings, Danny Kendrick of Buckhannon, Michael Kendrick (Amanda) of Calgary, Alberta and Leslie Kendrick of Tampa Bay, FL. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
