It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Delmar Laymon Liedy (Elkins, West Virginia), who passed away on July 27, 2019, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Martin V. Liedy and Versie Virginia Dilley Liedy; his wife Edna Rae Knavenshue; and his siblings, Raymond Dilley, Virgil Liedy, Buddy Lee Hamrick, Pauline Knavenshue, Rowena Pierce, Mary Jane Walter, Sally Vanscoy, Betty Bell and Joann Arbogast.
He is survived by: his children, Allen Delmar Liedy (Barbara) of East Dailey, Rick Laymon Liedy (Margie) of Knoxville, TN, Richard Kent Liedy (Sarah) of Daily, Stanley Martin Liedy of Elkins, Rosie Edna Keefer of Elkins, Ruby Ellen Scottstead of Elkins and Lisa Fay Sharp of Elkins; and his siblings, Ben Hamrick, George Hamrick, Nellie Harris and Ada Bell.
