He is survived by: his parents, Lloyd "Jake" and Biddy Cogar; his wife Brenda; his siblings, Donald Cogar (Marge), Mardell Kline of Cleveland, OH, Elkins Parsons of Cleveland, OH and Leota Parsons of Cleveland, OH; his sister-in-law Betty Cogar of Baltimore, MD.; his niece Dana Roy Burke (Zach) of Bowden; and his spouse Sharon Bunner Wright.
