He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde S. Meadows and Dora Hamrick Meadows. He is survived by: his siblings, Darel Meadows (Holly) of Walkersville and Dee Kincaid of Elkins; and his nephews, Tim Meadows of Crawford, Jody Meadows (Misty) of Walkersville and Denver Claypoole of Buckhannon.
