With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Dorothy Louise Channell Daniels of Elkins, West Virginia, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on April 29, 2025 at the age of 90. She was predeceased by: her parents, Major J. Channell and Myrtle Gale Lambert Channell; her husband Robert Ronald "Bob" Daniels; her sons, Robert Ronald Daniels Jr. and Jeffery Steven Daniels; and her siblings, Kemper Channell, Kermit "Brooks" Channell, Kenneth Channell (Doris Skidmore Channell) and Dorene "Dodie" Channell Ankrom (Kurt Ankrom).
She is survived by: her sister Janie Darling (David) of Beverly; her sister-in-law Elaine Fornash Channell of Benton, Arkansas.; her grandchildren, Samuel McClure (Tiffany Lemen), Jordan Combs Black (Christopher Black), Kelsey Combs Cook (Adam Cook), Madison Combs Phillips (Chase Phillips) and Robert Combs (Amaya Gibson); and her friends, Max, Johnnie Armentrout, Gale Poe, Miguel Scott and Becky Andrew. She is also survived by her family, friends, and neighbors.
