She is survived by: her children, David Elliott (April) of Philippi, Terry Elliott of Washington, PA, Lisa Rowan of Elkins and Heather Lantz (Jim Harris, Jr.) of Coalton; and her siblings, Donald Peck of Belpre, OH, Roger Peck of Clearwater, FL and Wanda Carmichael of Parkersburg, WV.
