She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul R. Isner and Evelyn Goode Isner; and her brothers, Jim, Jack and Richard Isner.
She is survived by: her husband Ellis Mann; her son Ronald Mann of Elkins; and her siblings, Roger, Thaddeus and Leota Isner Ross.
