Chamberlain (Champ); her son Jeremy Alan; her siblings, Betty Henline (Ted), Janet Johnson (Dale), Carletta Chamberlain, Luella Jenkins (Evan), Raymond "Sonny" Chamberlain, Harold Chamberlain and Wilbert Chamberlain; her brothers-in-law, Walt Kalm, Perry Lanham, Sr., Richard Welch, Clifford Welch and Buddy Vanscoy (Louise); and her pets, Tucker and Blue.
She is survived by: her husband Arnett "Junie"; her children, Bradley and Amy Radion (Jaison); her grandchildren, Xander, Alexander, Mackenzie, Sophie, Hunter and Ellen; her siblings, Fern Kalm, June Welch, Mary Sterling (Joseph), Carl Chamberlain, Judy Mongan (John) and Ross Chamberlain (Karen); and her sisters-in-law, Jean Chamberlain, Jonni Chamberlain, Emma Lou Teets (Roy) and Mary Mae Barnhart (Don).
