He was predeceased by: his parents, Ben Franklin Hamrick and Versa Liedy of Virginia; his wife Doris Anna Wilfong; his son James Martin Hamrick; and his siblings, Paulene Knavenshue, Raymond Dilly, Roena Pearce, Ada Bell, Mary Jane Walters, Sally Vanscoy, Delmar Leidy, Virgil Leidy, Betty Bell, Joanne Arbogast and Buddy Lee Hamrick.
He is survived by: his children, Travis Hamrick (Kim), Cheryl Fields (Jake), Pam Knotts and Sabrina Hamrick (Andrew); his grandchildren, Rebecca Bennett (Jeff), TJ Hamrick (Tasha) and Brandyn Hamrick (Sara); his great grandchildren, Luke Bennett, Phoebe Bennett, Vaynnon Rockaway, Bryce Hamrick and Brynlee Hamrick; and his siblings, Ben Hamrick, Ralph Hamrick, Benny Hamrick and Nellie Harris.
Due to COVID-19, a Celebration of Life will be held outdoors at a later date.
