He is survived by: his parent Mary Ellen Vance Kerens; his wife Joyce Johnson; his children, Kimberly Cannaday (Anthony) and Douglas Kerens; his siblings, Dale Kerens of Elkins, WV, Glenn Kerens of Glady, WV and Grace Shiflett of Middletown, OH; and his grandchildren, Jorgen Kerens and Matthew Cannaday.
