She is survived by: her children, Mike Shiflett of San Jose, Lisa Shiflett Horn (Bill) of Fort Myers and Lesley Hill (Spencer) of Ripley, WV.; and her grandchildren, Nicholas, Brenden Horn, Alicia, Kara and Adam Hill.
