He is survived by: his sons, Randall W. Cunningham (Brenda) of Elkins and Wayne A. Cunningham (Karen) of Elkins; his granddaughter Ashley Lynn Cunningham; and his siblings, John W. Cunningham of Whitmer, Arlene Tingler of Gilman and Nancy Bennett of Moyers, WV.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Elkins Church of the Nazarene, P. O. Box 50, Elkins, WV 26241 in memory of Mr. Cunningham.
