He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry "Buddy" Conrad, Sr. and Alice Sharp Conrad; and his brothers, James, Everett and Russell.
He is survived by: his spouse Kimmie Armstead; his children, Henry Douglas Conrad (Pamela) of Elkins, William Boyd Haden of Elkins, Marlena Ann Findley (Harvey) of Elkins, Roger Edward Ramsey of Elkins, Cassandra Kay Lambert of Belington and Tammy Ranae Ramsey of Kerens; his siblings, Gatha Wilson of Troy, Suzie Mullenax (Clifford) of Minnesota, Kimberly Bennett of New Jersey and Rosalie Snead (Rodney) of Charleston; and his grandchildren, Emily, Jace, Max, Christopher, Nicole, Jeremy, Logan and Marcus. He is also survived by several great grandchildren, nephews, and nieces.
