He was predeceased by: his parents, Darius Edward Andrews and Opal Tunning Andrews; and his wife Deloris F. "Jackie" Andrews. He is survived by: his children, David Bryan Andrews of Strongsville, OH, Robin McNamee of West Bloomfield, MI, Patty Rosso of Elyria, OH and Linda Blackburn of West Liberty, KY.; and his siblings, Roger Andrews of South Carolina, William Andrews of North Carolina and Shirley Bowen of Columbus, OH.
