Gould Frame of Elkins and Jack Rodney Frame; his wife Susan Patrice Yowell; his son Jack Rodney Frame, III (Tonya) of Elkins; his grandchildren, Lilah and James Lucas "Luke" Frame (Courtney) of Belington, WV; his daughters, Abigail and Aimee Sue Thomas (Zachariah) of Morgantown, WV; his grandchildren, Grayson and Cameron; and his siblings, Mickel Frame and Barbara Jean Crawford.
