She is survived by: her parent Bridget Sipe Ervin; her daughter Jaclyn Hunter Ervin White (Dustin) of Belington; her sister Jennifer Jo Dotson (Jeff) of St. Albans; her aunt Sandy Weekley-Chmielewski; her nephew Ryan Dotson of Saint Albans; and her spouse Jeff White of Belington.
