He was predeceased by: his parents, James Fisher and Ida Fisher; and his wife Patricia. He is survived by: his siblings, Martin Fisher (Bonnie) of Green Bay, WI, Johanna Stewart (Jim) of Morgantown, WV and Neal Fisher (Deborah) of Charlotte, NC; his children, Johanna Biola (Scott) of Elkins, WV and James Fisher (Gina) of Pittsburgh, PA; and his grandchildren, Julia, Seneca, Cecilia Biola, Violet and Sylvie Fisher. He is also survived by his two children, as well as his many nieces, nephews, and grandchildren.
