It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Thomas Stalnaker (Elkins, West Virginia), who passed away on December 5, 2019, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, James Richard and Ruth Sponaugle Stalnaker; his son Richard Bradley Stalnaker (Becky) of Morgantown; his grandchildren, Evan B. Stalnaker of Huntington and Jessica Stalnaker of Morgantown; and his siblings, Fonso O. Stalnaker (Karen) of Fairmont and Debbie Stalnaker Riddlebarger of Elkins. He was also cherished by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
