We are sad to announce that on August 11, 2020 we had to say goodbye to Janet Been (Elkins, West Virginia), born in Selbyville, West Virginia. She was predeceased by: her parents, Forest McDaniels and Edith Woody McDaniels; and her husband Ted E. Been. She is survived by: her children, Timothy E. Been of Clarksburg, WV, Sheila L. Roscoe (Robert) of Harpers Ferry, WV and Rebecca A. Bailey (Rex) of Clarksburg, WV.; her siblings, Glen McDaniels of Buckhannon, Helen Heater of Front Royal, VA and Rosalie Strader of Buckhannon; her grandchildren, Holly Martin of Clarksburg, Thomas "Mike" Snider of Bridgeport, Maggie Stephens of Mount Clare, WV and Madison Been of Shinnston; and her great grandchildren, Patrick, Andrew Martin, Camden and Levi Snider. She is also survived by two brothers-in-law, three sisters-in-law and several nieces and nephews.
As we continue to follow the mandate of Gov. Jim Justice and the guidelines established by the Center for Disease Control, masks and social distancing will be required for anyone attending the services for Mrs. Been.
