He was predeceased by: his parents, Luther Royce Barnhart and Freda Tracy Loane; his wife Julia Bennington Barnhart; and his sister Judy Gray. He is survived by: his children, Angela Iseli (John) of Elkins, Victor Barnhart (Karen) of Beverly, WV and Scotty Barnhart (Erin) of Coatesville, PA; his siblings, Donald Barnhart, Jackie Loane of Marietta, OH, James Loan of North Carolina, Sharon Pingley of Snowshoe, WV and Karen Lothes of Elkins; his granddaughter Lacey Carr; and his great grandchildren, Marceline White and Samantha Barbagallo.
Due to the Covid-19 Pandemic, a graveside service will be held at 11:00 am Friday, May 8, 2020 at the Elkins Memorial Gardens on Country Club Road.
