She is survived by: her husband James Hoffman; her son David Hoffman; her grandchildren, Tyler, Shelby and Christina; her daughter Amy Hoffman Mattingly (Steve); her granddaughters, Katy "Kass" and Sarah "Max"; and her brothers, Richard Fout and Hubert "Jim" Fout (Connie).
